With over 30 years of asset management, operations, development, and leadership experience in the multifamily and hotel/resort sectors, its Principal Mark Edwards, brings a wide range of knowledge and skills from leading US and Canadian institutional, public and private real estate investment, development, and operating businesses.
Most recently Mark led the residential property, asset management, & hotel portfolios for Bosa Properties, a leading Vancouver-based real estate investment and development company. Since joining Bosa in 2017, the multifamily portfolio more than tripled in size and projects dramatically shifted to increased scale and complexity with 4,000+ units in various stages of active development for both rental and hotel in Canada and the US.
Mark has a proven track record of success in domestic & international markets where he's held senior leadership roles, highlighted by his ability to envision and execute on strategic initiatives that enhance asset values and maximize returns.
